As soon as your order is placed, we start custom-making your artwork. Every piece is printed to order, inspected by hand and carefully packed before it leaves the studio.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, we'll send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page.

You can also track anytime via our Track Order page using your order number and email address.

If tracking hasn't updated for more than 3 business days, or appears stuck, contact us at hello@easelhouse.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.

What if my order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged?

Your order is protected from end to end

Delayed or lost: we'll work with carriers to locate delayed shipments. If your order is confirmed lost, we'll replace or refund it.

Damaged in transit: take clear photos of the product and packaging and email hello@easelhouse.com. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund under our 90-Day Moneyback Guarantee.

Our packaging is designed for fine art: rigid outers, protected corners and minimal plastic.

Canvas prints (stretched / ready-to-hang)

Locked-in frames, protected edges

  • Shipped in rigid, corrugated cardboard boxes, designed to lock the frame in place and prevent movement in transit.
  • Corners and edges are protected to minimise bumps and dings.
  • Where possible, we use recyclable cardboard and keep plastic to an absolute minimum - only using it where necessary to protect your artwork from moisture.

Rolled fine art paper prints (unframed)

Specialist partners, tuned for paper preservation

  • Printed on archival fine art paper
  • Rolled carefully to avoid creases or kinks
  • Packed in rigid cardboard tubes or boxes for safe transit

Lumaprints (primarily USA)

  • Prints are placed in a protective clear sleeve or wrapped in kraft paper to protect the printed surface.
  • Larger sizes are rolled around a core and shipped in kraft cardboard tubes (approx. 3" diameter) or double-walled triangular boxes for extra crush resistance.
  • Smaller prints may ship flat in rigid stay-flat mailers rather than rolled, to avoid curl.
  • All outers are sturdy, recyclable cardboard, chosen to minimise damage in transit.

Prodigi (primarily UK / EU / other regions)

  • Prints are hand-rolled in protective tissue paper.
  • Larger sizes are shipped in extra-thick cardboard tubes or robust cardboard boxes.
  • In many UK/US shipments, tubes use Ecocaps (end caps made from 100% recycled paper pulp, fully recyclable and compostable).
  • Smaller sizes may be shipped flat in thick board envelopes where that offers better protection with less curl.
  • In all cases, the goal is the same: protect the print surface, prevent crushing, and keep materials recyclable wherever possible.

Reuse the original packaging if you can. If not, use a sturdy box and plenty of padding to protect the frame or rolled print.

Drop the parcel with the specified carrier. Keep your proof of postage until your refund is processed.

Can I exchange for a different size or artwork?+

We currently process exchanges as a return plus a new order. Send back your original piece for a full refund, then place a new order for the size or artwork you want.

Can I return part of my order?+

Yes. Partial returns are fine-refunds are issued for the items received back, and any remaining items stay on your original order.

What if my refund is late?+

Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days after we receive your return. Bank processing can add a couple of days; if it feels slow, email hello@easelhouse.com and we'll check it immediately.

Can I return a gift?+

Yes. Gift recipients can email hello@easelhouse.com with the order details to start a return. Refunds go back to the original purchaser or can be issued as store credit if preferred.
