Orders & Production
How does ordering work?
Place your order, choose your size, material, and framing, and we send the details straight to our print labs. Your artwork is produced to order and shipped directly to your door.
How long does it take to make my artwork?
Most artworks are printed and dispatched within 2-3 business days.
During peak periods or for larger or framed pieces, production can take a little longer, but we will email you as soon as your order ships.
Where are your artworks produced?
We work with specialist fine-art print labs in Australia, the UK, Europe, and the USA. Orders are routed to the location closest to you to shorten delivery times and reduce shipping miles.
Shipping & Delivery
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Australia, the UK, most of Europe, and the continental USA. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us and we will see what we can do.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free and tracked for all orders to Australia, the UK, Europe, and the continental USA. There are no minimum spend limits.
How long does shipping take?
After production (usually within 2-3 business days), typical timings are:
- 1-3 business days to major metro areas.
- 3-5 business days to regional locations.
You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the print lab.
Will I get tracking updates?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery all the way to your door.
Packaging & Product Care
Fine art packaging that keeps every surface protected.
How are unframed fine art paper prints packaged?
To protect the print surface, unframed paper prints are:
- Wrapped in a protective sleeve or tissue paper.
- Packed in a rigid stay-flat mailer for smaller sizes.
- Rolled and shipped in a rigid cardboard tube or triangular box for larger sizes.
This combination prevents creasing, edge damage, and bending in transit.
Will my print arrive flat or rolled?
It depends on the size:
- Smaller prints ship flat in a rigid mailer with a backing board.
- Larger prints ship rolled in a protective tube or triangular box to keep corners safe.
All packaging is designed so your artwork arrives in gallery-ready condition.
How are canvas and framed artworks packaged?
Stretched canvases and framed prints are:
- Wrapped in a protective sleeve or foam wrap.
- Snugly fitted into rigid, corrugated cardboard boxes sized to the artwork.
- Secured with corner protectors and internal padding where needed.
This stops frames from moving during shipping and protects corners, glazing, and print surfaces from knocks.
Do you use plastic in your packaging?
We prioritise recyclable, low-plastic packaging wherever possible:
- Tubes and mailers are cardboard-based.
- Many rolled prints ship with recycled paper pulp end caps instead of plastic.
- Where extra protection is needed, we use minimal recyclable or biodegradable sleeves.
We continue to work with our print partners to reduce plastic without compromising protection.
How should I handle my print when it arrives?
- Wash and dry your hands before handling.
- Open tubes and mailers carefully, avoiding blades near the print.
- For rolled prints, let the print relax on a clean, dry surface before framing. Do not force it flat.
- We recommend having large prints framed by a professional framer.
Returns, Exchanges & Damage
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely happy with your artwork, we offer a 90-day, no-questions-asked return window. Return it within 90 days of delivery for a refund or replacement, subject to our basic return conditions.
What if my artwork arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your artwork arrives damaged or there is a problem with the order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will organise a free replacement or a full refund, in line with consumer law in your region.
Who pays for return shipping?
For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, we cover all return and replacement shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns within 90 days, we will provide simple instructions to make it easy.
Artwork, Materials & Quality
Are your prints archival quality?
Yes. We use archival-grade inks on high-quality fine art papers and canvas, designed for long-term display with proper care.
What print methods do you use?
We use modern giclee and fine-art print processes on calibrated printers to capture accurate colour, detail, and tonal range suited to museum-quality reproduction.
Will the colours match what I see on my screen?
We aim for accurate colour, but every screen is calibrated differently. Our labs use calibrated monitors and printers, though small variations are normal due to screen settings and lighting in your space.
Sizes, Framing & Hanging
What sizes do you offer?
Each artwork is available in a range of common sizes, including A-series and popular frame sizes, plus selected large-format options. Size choices are listed on every product page.
Do you offer framed and unframed options?
Yes. Most artworks are available as unframed fine art prints, stretched canvas, and framed prints in a selection of classic finishes.
Do prints come with hanging hardware?
Stretched canvases and framed artworks ship with ready-to-hang hardware attached. Unframed prints arrive unmounted and will need to be framed before hanging.
Can I order a custom size?
For many artworks we can accommodate custom sizing. Get in touch with the dimensions you have in mind and we will let you know what is possible.
Sustainability & Ethics
How sustainable are your materials and production?
We partner with print labs that prioritise sustainably sourced papers and wood, water-based inks, and responsible production practices. Many products use FSC-certified or equivalent papers, and several lines are marked as eco-friendly.
Is your packaging sustainable?
Wherever practical, our packaging is recyclable, compostable, or made from recycled content, including cardboard tubes, boxes, and paper-pulp end caps for rolled prints. Plastic use is minimised and reserved for situations where extra protection is required.
Do you print close to where I live?
Yes. Orders are routed to print labs in Australia, the UK, Europe, or the USA depending on your shipping address. That means shorter delivery distances and reduced shipping-related emissions.
Payments, Pricing & Taxes
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely using major credit and debit cards, plus any additional payment options listed at checkout, such as digital wallets or buy-now-pay-later if enabled.
Are taxes included in your prices?
All applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping country. Before you confirm your order, you will see a clear summary of the artwork price, taxes, and total.
Do you ever run sales or promotions?
From time to time we run limited promotions or collection-based offers. The best way to hear about these is to join our email list.

Do I need an account to order?
You can check out as a guest, but creating an account lets you view order history, save favourites, and track orders more easily.

You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping email with tracking. You can also log into your account to see the latest status.
